Photography Classes
I teach a variety of 2-3 hour photography classes that are designed to teach fundamental techniques as well as a creative approach to your photography.
Improve your Digital Photography - My most basic class. We talk about understanding exposure and how to begin to "take control" of your camera. We discuss some basic strategies to compose better photos.
Introduction to Digital Photography - This class goes into more detail regarding exposure. The goal of this class is to give you the confidence to take your camera off of automatic mode and begin making creative decisions.
Digital Photography, Part II - We've got the basics down, now let's get creative! Topics include night photography, macro photography, intentional camera movement, black and white and more.
Travel Talks
The Road to Machu Picchu: Cusco , the Sacred Valley of the Incas and Machu Picchu in Photographs - Journey into the Andean heartland! I discuss the history of Peru, from the Incas through the Spanish conquest while showing photographs from a recent trip to Cusco and Machu Picchu.
